While all the graphics featured on our shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and other merch were proudly and lovingly designed by Under Cover Designs to celebrate our 9th anniversary, the printing and shipping are handled by a third-party company.

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price, it's calculated after your address at checkout.

• Under Cover Designs earns a flat $5 per item sold

We are not responsible for print or delivery, and shipping estimates are provided by the printer—they are not determined by us.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

• Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on order volume.

• Items are shipped shortly after processing and delivery times vary:

  • Domestic orders: approx. 5–10 business days.

  • International orders: typically 2–3 weeks, but may take longer depending on the destination country and customs.

RETURNS & ISSUE RESOLUTION

All purchases are final sale.
However, if something goes wrong on our end (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will do our best to offer exchanges, replacements (as long as stock is available) and in a last case scenario a refund.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Sizing issues

• Items lost or damaged in transit

If a wrong shipping address was provided and the package is returned, the buyer will need to pay for reshipping.

TO FILE A CLAIM:

• Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Lost packages: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Any confirmed errors on our end will be resolved at our expense.
